Purpose of the Job
- Provide a professional HR & EHS service to local business partners, ensuring adherence to company policy and assure the local deployment of HR initiatives
- Ensure line managers develop their human relations skills to care for their teams

Objectives
- Support Managers in applying good HR Management, policies, process and programs
- Be a good strategic partner to business unit managers and HR relationship by providing proactive, valued-added input related to their business needs
- Can work independently and Exact legal compliance for procedure
Responsibilities
- Develop / Adhere to the recruiting policy/strategy and execute recruitment activities efficiently within deadline (to be measured against KPI)
- Evaluate and come up with alternative channels of sourcing good quality candidates to keep recruitment costs down
- Lead HR function and review existing and establish HR policies and procedure that are aligned to company goals and objectives
- Work closely with each business manager and successfully execute HR initiatives
- Conduct training of HR process - related topics
- Handle Expatriates immigration and settling-in related process
- Maintain org. chart, personnel data is accurate, including in ALPS
- Performance Management include - annual & semi-annual performance review, merit increase process, and development plan
- Manage various employment contract types, benefits and policy
- Monitor the costs of HR activities – training, recruit and relevant programs to ensure expenditures stay within HR budget.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree, major in HR is a plus
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Good English proficiency
- Familiar with labour law, employment contracts, expatriation settling-in, immigration process and tax issues
- Over 10 year working experiences, minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in the HR area in a multi-national and matrix organization
- Have knowledge about competency model and how that links with career planning, development planning, recruitment and performance management
- Good at MS office software
